Rize Capital is a direct lender providing financial services including revenue-based financing, working capital lines, equipment financing, SBA loan programs, business term loans, and business lines of credit to qualified businesses. All funding is subject to underwriting approval and applicable terms.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, authorized to conduct business in the United States, and have the authority to bind your business entity to these terms. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms and applications
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website
• Not misrepresent your identity or business information

5. SMS/MMS Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS/MMS communications from Rize Capital, the following terms apply:

• By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from Rize Capital, including offers, updates, and information about our financial products and services, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Rize Capital is not responsible for any charges assessed by your wireless carrier.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS/MMS message received from Rize Capital. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

• Not a Condition of Purchase: Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is NOT a condition of purchase, application, or use of any Rize Capital product or service.
• Mobile Data Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Supported Carriers: Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. Compatible carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint.

All content on the Rize Capital website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rize Capital and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
